§ 01The agreement#
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding contract between you and MATO Ltd., the Israeli company that operates AIRRNK (“AIRRNK,” “we,” or “us”). You agree to these Terms when you create an account, start a free scan, or otherwise use the service.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company and “you” refers to that company.
§ 02Service description#
AIRRNK helps brands measure and improve how they are mentioned by generative AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. We run scans against public AI platforms, analyze results, and provide dashboards, alerts, and recommendations. The service is delivered via the web application at airank.tech and related APIs.
§ 03Eligibility#
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. AIRRNK is a B2B product and is not intended for personal, family, or household use.
§ 04Acceptable use#
You agree not to:
- Upload malware, attempt to compromise our infrastructure, or perform unauthorized security testing without written consent.
- Use AIRRNK to send spam, scrape private data, harvest credentials, or facilitate phishing.
- Run competitor-farming operations designed to degrade another brand's reputation with fabricated content.
- Resell the product, white-label it, or grant access to third parties outside your own workspace without a written reseller agreement.
- Reverse-engineer the service, probe for vulnerabilities for exploitation, or circumvent rate limits.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or the terms of a third-party AI platform.

§ 05Your responsibilities#
- You own (or are authorized to scan) the domains you submit. If you submit a domain you don't own and we receive a credible complaint, we may remove it without notice.
- Your billing information is accurate and you'll keep it current.
- You're responsible for everything that happens in your workspace and for securing your magic-link email inbox.
- You'll notify us through /contact within 24 hours if you suspect unauthorized access.
§ 06Subscription + billing#
- Payment processor
- All payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store card numbers.
- Cycles
- Monthly or annual, auto-renewing. Annual plans are billed up front; monthly on the same day each month.
- Taxes
- Prices are exclusive of VAT, GST, or sales tax. Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your billing country.
- Price changes
- We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Increases apply at your next renewal.
- Failed payments
- If PayPal declines a renewal, we retry for 7 days. If still unpaid, the workspace is downgraded to free tier with historical data intact.
§ 07Cancellation + refunds#
Cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
14-day money-back — if you cancel your first paid subscription within 14 days of the first charge, send us a message on /contact and we'll refund in full, no questions. Beyond day 14, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.
§ 08Intellectual property#
Your content is yours. You retain all rights to the domains, content, and data you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content solely to provide the service.
Our platform is ours. The AIRRNK software, design system, models, and branding are owned by MATO Ltd. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the service during your subscription.
Feedback. If you send us product feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without obligation.
§ 09Privacy + data#
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data. For EU/UK customers, a Data Processing Agreement is available on request — just send us a note on /contact.
§ 10Warranties + disclaimers#
The service is provided “as is”. AIRRNK helps you measure AI visibility — it does not guarantee specific outcomes. We make no promises about:
- Whether or how ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or any other AI system will mention you.
- Rankings, traffic, conversions, or revenue impact from following our recommendations.
- Uninterrupted availability of third-party AI platforms we query on your behalf.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
§ 11Limitation of liability#
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or related to the service is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid AIRRNK in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100.
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of goodwill — even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits; in those, the limits apply to the greatest extent permitted.
§ 12Indemnification#
You agree to defend and indemnify AIRRNK against claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of applicable law, or (c) your submission of content you didn't have rights to submit.
§ 13Termination#
You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms; where feasible we'll give you 7 days' notice to cure. Sections that by their nature survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive.
§ 14Governing law#
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
§ 15Dispute resolution#
Before filing anything formal, send us a message on /contact with a description of the issue. We'll work with you in good faith for 30 days. If that fails, the courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
§ 16Changes to terms#
We may update these Terms. For material changes we'll email active customers at least 30 daysbefore they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you don't agree, cancel before the effective date and we'll prorate any unused annual prepayment.
