Can't get into your account?
Six things we see most. Nine times out of ten the fix is here.
My sign-in email didn't arrive
Magic-link emails usually land within 30 seconds. If you don't see one after a minute, check these four things in order:
- Spam / Promotions folder.The first email from us often lands there. It's from
noreply@airank.tech. - Typo in the email address. Re-enter it and hit Send a login link again.
- Corporate email filters. Gmail for Work and Outlook sometimes block unknown senders. Ask IT to allow
airank.tech, or use a personal Gmail for signup. - Gmail “plus addressing”. Addresses like
you+airank@gmail.comwork, but some inboxes route them to a subfolder. Use the plain address.
Still stuck? Wait 30 seconds and click “Resend” on the sign-in page. If the email still doesn't arrive, send us a note on /contactand we'll log you in by hand.
Google sign-in shows an error
If clicking “Continue with Google” fails or pops a scary-looking error screen, try these in order:
- Open in an incognito / private window. Your browser might be logged into multiple Google accounts and confusing the flow.
- Make sure third-party cookies are allowed. Safari's “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” sometimes blocks OAuth. Turn it off for
airank.tech. - Try a different Google account. If the account has 2FA pending, the flow can time out.
- Fall back to email. Scroll down on the sign-in page and use the magic link — it works even when Google OAuth fails.
The link says “expired” or doesn't work
Sign-in links are good for 15 minutes and can be used only once. If you clicked and it's too late:
- Go back to /login and request a fresh one. The old one is void — don't keep clicking it.
- Open the link in the same browseryou requested it from. Clicking on a phone when you requested from a laptop can confuse Safari's tracking protection.
- If you're inside Gmail's app or Slack, copy the link and paste it into your browser directly — those apps sometimes pre-fetch URLs and burn the single-use token.
I can't remember which email I signed up with
No password means no lost-password flow. If you forgot which email you used:
- Search your inboxes (Gmail + work) for
from:airank.tech. The first welcome email has your account details. - Try your most common work email — we'll tell you if no account exists.
- If you used Google sign-up, the account is tied to your Google email. Look at the Google account avatar in the top-right of any Google page.
If none of that helps, send a message on /contactwith context about your account (domain you scanned, rough signup date) and we'll find it.
I keep getting redirected back to the sign-in page
This almost always means a cookie got stuck. Reset the session:
- Close all tabs of
airank.tech. - Clear cookies for the site (Chrome: right-click the lock icon → Cookies and site data → remove).
- Open a fresh tab, go to /login, sign in again.
If it still loops: try a different browser (Firefox or Edge) to rule out an extension. uBlock Origin or Privacy Badger occasionally block the OAuth callback.
I want to delete my account
You can delete your account any time:
- Sign in and go to Dashboard → Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom — Delete account sits in the danger zone.
- We hold your data for 14 days, then wipe everything. Send a message on /contact if you need it sooner.
